Calisthenics Clubs in South Australia have the opportunity to compete at 2 team competitions annually held by CASA. The first competition is held in May (after the completion of the Graceful Girl competitions) and allows clubs the opportunity to perform 3 outlined items in a black leotard at The Royalty Theatre. This creates a chance for teams to compete and receive feedback from adjudicators before the State Championships held from July – August. 

The Team State Championships held at The Royalty Theatre is the main Calisthenics Team Competition for each year. Commencing in July and finishing in late August, this event is the pinnacle of South Australia’s Team Calisthenics Competitions. Performing all items in full costumes, stage props and lighting, this competition is a highlight of the South Australian Calisthenics calendar.
